POWERMON Monitoring System

The POWERMON monitoring system can be used on bowl cutters / bowl choppers, vacuum tumblers, boilers and smokehouses. Remote access gives the possibility to view and download locally the available technical data in the programme for example:

• Name and number of current programme
• Batch number
• Operating personnel
• Time of process
• RPM of bowl
• RPM of knives
• Vacuum in bowl
• Temperature of product
• Volume of added water
• Integrity of automatic lubrication system
• Fault diagnostics

Viewed as an interactive window or diagram of parameters as a time function, the information can be stored for future retrieval or printed out for process documentation records.

Special construction and applied a complex industrial safety protection system decreases to minimum a risk of accidents occurring during the work. All elements are protected against external interference.

Smooth control of the cutting and mixing rotations and bowl rotation gives a wide range of programmes which can be used in every cutting process. Controlling temperature of cutting in the bowl, allows the user to react simultaneously on the quality of cutting.

Microprocessor control of the programmes gives rapid, smooth and precise control of up to 99 cutting parameters.
