AE 5000 2D & 3D Slicers

The 2D & 3D slicers are designed to be tough and hardworking continous slicers for a wide range of products such as beef, pork, poultry meat and can handle products with gristle or fat seams such as brisket, silverside, blocks, pork skins whilst being able to handle fragile products such as whole lettuce, melons, and cooked chicken!

Product Size: 300 x 125 mm (Width x Height)

Temperature Range: Fresh product or hot cooked chicken. Frozen -2 C. Tempering or chilling not necessary!

Flexibility: Slice, dice or strip 3.2 to 75 mm on a single machine!

Continuous Flow: No material batching!

Capacity: Up to 2500 kg/hr for example on 25 x 25 mm diced beef.
