New Efficient Smoke House with Recovered Heat for Smoking

DanTech recently installed a new smokehouse for James Hall's new manufacturing & distribution centre at Preston, Lancashire with a specially designed Heat Recovery System powering the new cold smoking chamber via the AV 1000 semi-hermetic smoke generator.

Using waste heat at 70°C to produce warm smoke at 45°C on the 3 rack oven provides an efficient and economic soluion.
