Latest Technology ~ AMTek Vision System

The latest technology for industrial microwave cooking or booster heating from DanTech is the AMTek vision system to detect product loading on their microwave cook and booster oven lines.

The vision system works by continuously identifying the belt loading and feeding back this information directly to the PLC controlling the microwave energy output to within 1 kW.

Fully automatic in operation, the vision system works continuously where product densities fluctuate for a number of reasons thus reducing energy costs and the risk of over processing due to excessive power density applied to the product.
