DanTech Meat Press

Overview

The DanTech Meat Press is designed for all types of meat to be pressed before cutting or slicing . This extra heavy duty machine forms product into a uniform shape thus increasing slicing yield by up to 10%.

Applications

The DanTech Meat Press is equipped with a fully hydraulic press for beef, pork, poultry and bacon with these benefits:

  • Pre-selected end ram distance
  • Pre-selected pressure for specific products
  • Pre-selected pressing cycle

  • 3 dimensional shaping with unique sensing at low pressure before switching to preset high pressure. Incorporating two hydraulic cylinders each with their own pressure selection and pressure switch settings.
  • Unique low pressure pre-sensing
  • Combined hydraulic powerpack
  • Service access for an un-obstructured view of working components
