Smoking Racks

This mobile smoking rack is made entirely of stainless steel. The standard model has capacity for 600kg with smoking rails of 900mm or 1000mm. Other models available. The standard model has been designed for 6 tiers. Available with embossed, punched or toothed rests. The undercarriage consists of 4 pevolon wheels of 150mm and two central wheels of 200mm. Our smoking racks can be used with solid or wire mesh 995 x 430 x 40mm trays.

Cooling Racks

Material: stainless steel 1.4301, sheet thickness 2 mm, reinforced wheel trestle. The rim of the mobile rack has been reinforced with solid aluminium and securely welded to the body of the trolley. The drain can be closed off with a screw plug. The trolley is mounted on 4 pevolon-plastic wheels, Ø 150 mm, the centre pair has been slightly raised. Our cooling racks can also be equipped with a standpipe (please order separately).

Trolleys

The entire basic structure consists of stainless steel tubes and the underframe of the trolley has been reinforced. The wheel guards are made of stainless steel and the loading area is made of red-brown special plastic. Available with plastic or rubber wheels and an optional brake.

Roller Bogie

Ideal for transporting plastic containers. Made of stainless steel and equipped with 6 wheels. Two models are available for 1 or 2 containers per tier. An adjustable handle is also available.
