The NOVOTHERM Universal Range has been developed for a wide range of multi-functional operations for meat, fish and cheese:

  • moistening
  • smoking (hot or cold)
  • drying
  • drying / smoking

Built to a modular design for up to 6 racks with microprocessor control to ensure precise process control of all parameters.

Each module has an independent air circulation system that controls the internal condition of the air or smoke through a unique design of air mixing chamber.

Heating Mediums giving the widest options available:

  • steam
  • electricity
  • combined oil or gas
