Tray Washers up to 600 trays/hour

All tray washers operate with a closed water circulation system and filtration with high pressure nozzles.

Heating medium can be steam, electric or combination.

Tray Washer MPP-150: Stainless Steel Construction for washing up to 150 trays per hour, used extensively for the food and bakery industry and features the slide away hood for ease of cleaning and inspection and can be supplied in steam or electric heating versions.

Tray Washer MPU-300: Stainless Steel Construction is the versatile tray washing machine for up to 300 trays per hour and can be supplied as stand-alone or in a modular format to give the benefit of additional pre-rinse unit and air blow-off unit. This machine is delivered with an outfeed slide to accumulate trays after washing.

Tray Washer MPU-600: Stainless Steel Construction is the most versatile tray washing machine available, built for washing up to 600 trays or up to 45 x 200ltr standard eurobins or europallets per hour. The machine is delivered with an outfeed slide to accumulate trays after washing or has the option for hydraulic loader and unloader unit for the 200ltr eurobins.
